Abstract: The goal of this talk will be to explain some aspects of the moduli space of Higgs bundles. A focus will be its hyperkahler structure and twistor space. I will explain some recent results on the relationship between the C* action and twistor lines. In particular, I will sketch the proof of the existence of the "conformal limits" conjectured by Gaiotto.
