About
The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai organizes the Vigyan Vidushi (VV) Program in Mathematics, a two-week summer school for Indian women students of mathematics. The program will feature mini-courses and special colloquia aimed at strengthening understanding of core mathematical concepts. In addition to academic lectures, there will be panel discussions.
Eligibility: Women students enrolled in the 1st year of a two-year MSc degree program or the 4th year of an Integrated BSc–MSc degree program in mathematics (or equivalent). Exceptionally good and motivated women students in the final year of a bachelor’s degree program or the 3rd year of an Integrated BSc–MSc degree program in mathematics (or equivalent) may also be considered for admission.
