Title: Arithmetic of linear algebraic groups over function fields of arithmetic surfaces

Asbtract: There are classical theorems on Hasse principle for homogeneous spaces under connected linear algebraic groups over number fields. Strikingly many of these theorems also are true when one looks at function fields of curves over local fields. There are interesting questions on their validity over function fields of curves over number fields. We shall discuss some of the progress in this direction.
